January 4, 2012 Special Town Board Meeting Minutes

Wednesday, January 4, 2012 – 8:30 AM

The special town board meeting was called to order by Chair Doug Reeson at 8:30 AM on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 in the meeting room of the People’s Community Bank located in Barneveld Wisconsin.

In attendance besides Chair Reeson were: Supervisor Jerry Davis, Supervisor Scott Gaffney, Clerk/Treasurer Audrey Rue and Bank President Gary Harrop.

The Public Notice was approved on motion by Supervisor Davis, seconded by Supervisor Gaffney and Carried.

A motion was made by Supervisor Gaffney to pay off the State Loan as soon as possible as the 30 day notice is given and to take the loan remaining balance to the People’s Community Bank. Motion was seconded by Supervisor Davis. Motion Carried Unanimously.

A motion was made by Supervisor Davis to establish loans at the People’s Community Bank for the remainder of the salt shed, truck loan and building loan for 3 years at monthly payments. Motion was seconded by Supervisor Gaffney. Motion Carried Unanimously.

Gary Harrop indicated he will contact Audrey when papers are ready to be signed by Chair Reeson and Clerk/Treasurer Audrey Rue.

A motion was made by Supervisor Davis, seconded by Supervisor Gaffney to adjourn at 9:10 AM. Motion Carried Unanimously.
