Town of Brigham Special Town Board Meeting
Tuesday, November 8, 2011 – 6:30 PM

The meeting was called to order by Chair Doug Reeson at 6:30 PM. In attendance were: Chair Doug Reeson, Supervisor Jerry Davis, Supervisor Scott Gaffney, Clerk/Treasurer Audrey Rue and Public Works Supervisor Jeff Jenson.
The Public Notice was read. Supervisor Gaffney made a motion to approve the Public Notice. The motion was seconded by Supervisor Davis. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by Supervisor Davis to have the clerk look into flex plan opportunities in lieu of dental insurance, allowing the employees to save tax dollars on out of pocket dental expenses, etc. Motion seconded by Supervisor Gaffney. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by Supervisor Davis that during the June 16, 2011 meeting, the Town Board agreed to increase Jeff Jenson’s rate of pay at the same rate of the retirement percentage. Motion was seconded by Supervisor Gaffney. Motion carried.

The Town Board asked Jeff Jenson to purchase 800 ton of ;pea gravel @ $9/ton from Scott Construction.
Supervisor Gaffney moved to approve the budget at a zero percent increase. Motion seconded by Supervisor Davis. Motion Carried.

Motion made by Supervisor Gaffney to adjourn at 9:52 PM. Motion seconded by Supervisor Davis. Motion Carried.
